Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Southern Cross Media Group Limited (SCA) will be held on Monday 25 November 2024 at 11:00am AEDT.

Shareholders and proxyholders will be able attend and participate in the AGM in person at Level 15, 50 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000 or via a live webcast through the Computer share AGM online platform. Shareholders will be able to ask questions in relation to the business of the meeting and to vote in real time at the meeting. These processes are explained in the notice of meeting.

SCA will provide an update via ASX if SCA is required to limit or prohibit physical attendance at the AGM in response to government‑imposed restrictions on public gatherings or to protect the health and safety of attendees, SCA employees, and other stakeholders.

The agenda and instructions for how shareholders can participate in the meeting will be set out in the Notice of Meeting, which were made available to shareholders on 24 October 2024.

In accordance with SCA’s constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for anyone wishing to be considered at the AGM for election as a director was Wednesday 25 September 2024.
