The AdTech Hub, which launched in March with key initiatives such as expanded Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) capabilities with age and gender, fuel prices and live contest, audience targeting with LiSTNR’s proprietary conversational tool​ and Advertiser Data Matching with clean room solutions​, has generated outstanding results.

LiSTNR’s fuel price DCO has proven popular with several brands embracing the possibilities.​ One advertiser aligned the LiSTNR fuel price trigger (Application Programming Interface or API) to their messaging about money-saving to drive listeners to sign up to their app.​ The resulting campaign saw more than 1.9 million impressions delivered to over 314,000 unique individuals in the five metropolitan areas. ​The API triggered the advertisement’s creative to change 56 times in real-time throughout the one-month campaign and the brand saw a 125% increase in unprompted recall.​ Overall, 90% of the audience that heard the campaign took some sort of action, including 37% who downloaded the app as a direct result.​

In a world-first dynamic campaign for Berocca, which took advantage of the LiSTNR’s live context dynamic triggers in combination with the time of day, the brand was able to deliver personal creative messaging with DCO. The brand aligned the many benefits of the Berocca product range with the live activities of listeners, providing clear relevance and connection.​ DCO triggers delivered personalised Berocca Energy messaging for each user, which aligned to the activity they were performing in real-time.
